The first questionnaire
We take the idea, the location, the target capacity and the capital available. If they are not fixed yet, we help you set them as ranges.

Researching the Qatari market
We measure your product's imports and the gap, the local competitors, the prevailing prices and the regulation that governs the activity. We cite the source, and we write no figure without one.

Engineering and operations
Production lines, equipment and indicative prices, space, labour, power and water — built by an engineer, not a writer.

The financial model
Investment and working capital, the income statement, cash flow and balance sheet for three or five years depending on the study grade, the break-even point, the internal rate of return and the payback period, and a sensitivity analysis. Delivered as an open Excel file you can change as you wish.

Building and review
We build the study's tables and charts from the same data, then a consultant reviews it page by page before it leaves under our name.

Presenting it to you
A session where we present the result as it is. If the figures do not support the project we tell you so in writing, and suggest what would change them: another capacity, an adjacent product, a different site.

Delivery
The full study in Arabic or English, an executive summary for the bank or the partner, the financial model, and a presentation if you ask for one. If the study is for a financier, we deliver it in that financier's format.

- We do not guarantee a bank's or a financier's approval; the decision is theirs.

How long does a study take, and what does it cost?
Both are set in a written offer that reaches you within 48 hours of your first session, by study grade and project size. What raises them: site visits, export markets, and delivery in two languages.
Do banks and Qatar Development Bank accept your studies?
We prepare them in the format the body asks for, and we have models in Qatar Development Bank's format. The decision is theirs, not ours, and we promise no approval.
If the study shows the project is not viable, what do I gain?
You keep your capital. You receive the figure that stopped the decision, and two studied alternatives where they exist. A negative study is a result, not a failure.
My data — who sees it?
Only the team on your file. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request at no charge, and never show your name or figures without written permission — which is why our study record carries no names.
