How we work

Defining the activity
We sit with you or call, and define exactly which activity you want licensed and under which code, and whether it falls within your existing commercial activity or needs adding. Your output: the required activities and their differences, in writing.

Inventory of documents
We review your commercial registration, articles, land or lease contract and drawings, and list what is missing on one sheet. Your output: a numbered list where every item is “in hand”, “needed from you” or “we bring it”.

Preparing the technical file
We prepare the technical description of the industrial process, the list of equipment and capacities, the factory layout, and the environment and safety requirements — in the authority's format, not ours.

Submission and follow-up
We submit the file, follow up the comments, answer them and resubmit where needed. You stand in no queue and face no term you do not know — we are the ones talking to the authority.

The site inspection
We prepare the factory for inspection and attend it with you, and fix the technical remarks before they turn into a refusal.

Handover and after
You receive the licence, and with it a calendar of your obligations: the renewal date, the periodic environmental requirements, and what would void the licence. We remind you thirty days before each is due.

How long it takes
The review of an industrial licence application takes no more than 4 weeks, as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry publishes it. The overall duration follows the completeness of your documents and the authority's replies, and we write it into your offer.

Do you prepare the environmental impact assessment?
We accompany its file with the competent authority and prepare the project data it needs. Your offer names who prepares the assessment itself.
